Kelly Clarkson was an American artist and songwriter who was the sweetheart of America after she took home American Idol in the first series. The win brought Clarkson to notoriety and led to the contract of RCA Records 19 Recordings, as well as 'S Records. In the years since her debut, she released numerous albums.
